Birds in the Winter Pavilion at Kyiv Zoo
🪶🛖 Our aviary is already warm, green, and lively. Our heat-loving feathered friends are gradually moving to their winter oasis.
☝️ This season, the vibrant wintering flock has been joined by red ibises, sacred and Australian ibises, spoonbills, whimbrels, little grebes, Caspian sultans, black storks, and crowned cranes.
✅ 🌿💦 Everything needed for comfortable wintering is here: a new rocky fountain, a warm pool, nutritious food, multi-level perches, and living trees and shrubs planted in natural soil.
