Barrier-Free Week at Kyiv Zoo
🐾♿ Kyiv Zoo continues to expand its barrier-free space to ensure that everyone can freely engage in environmental education and conservation.
🤝 Last week, another Barrier-Free Week took place, during which instructors from the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Medical Rehabilitation Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine «Pushcha Vodytsia», along with Heroes undergoing rehabilitation, trained the staff of Kyiv Zoo on how to interact with mobile groups of Veterans.
📚📝 In addition, a series of specialized lectures and practical sessions were held for the youth volunteers and zoo staff.
☝️The work continues, as a modern European zoo is a space accessible to everyone!
