The return of wreathed hornbills
🌤️🌿 The first spring greens bloom and two wreathed hornbills – Kosha and Kora – return to their summer enclosure.
🍓🍏🥚🥩 These extraordinary birds are interesting not only for their colorful feathers and bizarre beaks but also for their strange food preferences. Their diet combines berries and fruits with eggs and insects, cereals and vegetables with rodents, frogs and lizards.
🏞️ The conditions of their stay are close to natural as they have at their disposal not only additives and drinking fountains but also green bushes, trees and grass.
