Spring renovations in Kyiv Zoo orchard
🌞🌿 Although there is still some snow in places, the breath of spring is already in the air. While the trees prepare for their first blossoms, we have taken care of our feathered residents by installing new cozy nesting boxes in the pheasant enclosures.
☝️🪹 Very soon, the female tragopans, silver, diamond, Nepalese, royal, golden, and blue-eared pheasants will begin to make their nests here.
🪺🐣 Next comes the most delightful spring activity: hatching eggs and waiting for little fluffy chicks.
