Rescued monkey
☝️🐾 During the war Kyiv Zoo focused on two main areas: psycho-emotional rehabilitation of people and rescue of wild animals.
💚🐵 This week, volunteers delivered another rescued animal to Kyiv Zoo – a young female green monkey. She is currently in quarantine at our veterinary hospital.
✅⏳The animal will undergo diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation. After that, the next stage will begin – socialization in a group of its own kind. After all, there are already 6 green monkeys living in Kyiv Zoo, two of which were also rescued earlier.
