Rehabilitation of rescued servals

💚🐾 Each animal is unique. And caring for each animal is complex, professional and individual. Last year four servals were brought to Kyivzoo from the city of Kurakhovo, which was devastated by rashists. The animals were in a terrible condition: sick, exhausted and in a state of severe stress.

🙏😺😼😸😽 During this year they have gone through a long journey of treatment, rehabilitation, and socialization. After all, in addition to physical treatment animals needed to restore their disturbed psycho-emotional balance.

✔️ And now the spotted Osiris, Sekhmet, Horus, and Isis have settled into their new comfortable homes. Which are equipped with: African trees with climbing frames and scratching posts, hammocks, cozy lofts for relaxation, drinking fountains, different types of soil and stone rocks for walking and jumping, as well as a bunch of different toys and pillows for cat entertainment ◡̈

☝️ To make the conditions even closer to natural ones, 3 types of lighting have been installed for them: solar-daylight, twilight-infrared, and night moonlight ☀✨🌙
