Monkeys and lemurs return to their green islands!

🐵🏝️ A family of 6 capuchins is already enjoying natural oasis of 250 sq.m. in the middle of the lake. On the island without fences large sprawling trees grow more than 10 meters high. Special wooden structures are fixed between them for jumping and walking. The monkeys have their own romantic observation deck over the lake and a wooden shelter from the heat and rain. And 4 picnic platforms have been built for them to enjoy their favorite food 🥗🍓🥔

🐒🏝️🏝️ On two neighboring islands with an area of more than 100 square meters a family of two black-and-white ruffed lemurs settled down. The primates have their own cozy house for rest, a wooden shelter from the heat and rain and platforms for “picnics”. And for activities and moving between trees special ropes are fixed 🌳🌳🌳

🙈🏝️ The fourth and the largest island with an area of almost 300 square meters was chosen by a large family of ring-tailed lemurs of 9 specimens including our “children of war” – Bayraktar and Javelina. On a green island in the middle of sprawling trees and bushes, three wooden platforms have been installed, four hemp ropes have been stretched and an artificial water feature has been arranged to protect the “mushroom” from the sun and rain 🏖️☀️💦

💚🏞️ You can see the funny antics of our primates in the open air at the lower park of Kyiv Zoo. Come for a good mood!
