International Zoo Educator Day
☝️🐾 Zoo education is one of the important areas of zoo’s work. After all, saving and protecting nature is a matter of survival for humanity. Last week, the world celebrated International Zoo Educator Day, on the occasion of which an ecological lecture-excursion was held at Kyiv Zoo, to which families from Luhansk region were invited.
👩👧👦🍁 IDPs from settlements of the Svativsky district walked along the autumn paths of Kyiv Zoo admiring the animals and listening to a story about the living world of the planet. And the little ones had the opportunity to meet animals – assistants of our zootherapeutic project «The Good Phasmatidae».
💚 Education at the zoo is a combination of useful recreation with gaining new knowledge from communicating with the world of wildlife!
