A New Home for Rescued Servals
🙏🐾 Rehabilitation of injured animals is always a long and gradual process.
😿😾🙀😼 Four servals were transferred to Kyiv Zoo in 2023 after being evacuated from the frontline Kurakhove in Donetsk.
✅💚 After stabilizing their condition, receiving treatment and adaptation the first pair — Osiris and Sekhmet — moved to the next stage of rehabilitation.
🏞️🛠️ For this, the zoo staff personally created a new spacious home for them, considering all species characteristics and individual needs of the animals.
👌😸 Currently, the servals are getting used to their new home and our specialists are taking care of their comfort daily: a three-tier wooden house, hammocks, tree branches, scratching posts, various types of soil, wooden logs for climbing, as well as a balanced diet with their favorite meat 🥩
