🐹🇺🇦 Kyiv Zoo continues its work to protect and restore rare species of Ukrainian fauna. Despite all the challenges of today, our specialists continue the European hamster breeding and reintroduction programme 🌾
✅ This July, hamsters born and raised at Kyiv Zoo were released into the Tarutyne steppe in southern Odesa Region. Here, they will help strengthen the species’ wild population 🏞️
